A private retreat apartment is available for those who would like to stay in an encouraging environment where they can learn simple methods & routines for restoring their wellbeing.

 

Rates

 

$150 per night, plus a 9.5% lodging tax. This rate includes 45 minutes of individual teaching time per day.

 

Checkin is 4:00 p.m. or after.

 

Checkout is by 11:00 a.m.

Hello, I'm Kerry! After completing my undergraduate studies in the fine arts, I earned a master of education in counseling & psychology. Currently, I have over 15 years of experience in community & private practice with continuing studies in how nourishment, posture, movement, & awareness support wellbeing.

 

Through study & practice, I became interested in using simple self-care methods as bases to support the body’s natural capacity for self-repair, & am dedicated to teaching clients these sound & simple practices.

Guidance 

 

Using hair mineral analysis to detect imbalances in mineral levels & ratios, I assess each client's needs & suggest self-care methods specific to their 

individual physiology. This approach supports the body's innate capacity for cellular repair, regeneration, & regulation. 

 

Rates

 

Initial Consultation

 

$220 for hair mineral analysis testing & interpretation. Includes a detailed writen plan & 30 minute e-consult.

 

Retest

 

$150 for hair mineral analysis testing & interpretation based on mineral value changes since the previous test. Includes written plan & 30 minute e-consult. Retesting is recommended every 3 months.

 

Additional E-consult Consultations

 

$50 per 30 minutes

 

E-consults need to be scheduled in advance.
